Return & Restocking Guidelines

Ecosiip UK Ltd provides premium packaging supplies to commercial clients. As a wholesale business (B2B transactions), our return policies differ from standard retail consumer regulations.

1. 30-Day Return Threshold

Unopened, undamaged cartons in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to food hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of partial or opened packs.

2. Restocking Fees

Standard stock returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover warehouse inspection and processing. Custom-branded cup and packaging runs are strictly non-refundable once production approval has been signed.

3. Transit Damaged Items

If your pallet or cartons arrive damaged in transit via DPD or our pallet network carriers, please take photos and notify our support desk at sales@ecosiipuk.co.uk within 48 hours for immediate swap-out or credit notes.
