Orders placed before 2:00 PM UK time, Monday through Friday, are dispatched the same day for Next-Working-Day delivery. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day.
Wholesale orders over £150 qualify for Free Carbon-Neutral Next-Day Delivery. For orders below £150, a flat B2B delivery surcharge of £6.95 applies.
High-volume orders exceeding 15 cartons are shipped via shrink-wrapped pallets. Ensure your delivery location can accept 18-tonne tail-lift vehicles or has forklift access. Contact us to schedule timed drop-offs.
